Return and refund policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Seller-Online.com operated by Seller Online LLC.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened, undamaged, unaltered, unused, and unwashed items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase and all original tags, accessories and paperwork. Please contact us for the return of the items you believe were damaged during shipment of if you would like to exchange your item. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item may only be returned in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund to a sender without a prior return approval.
After we receive your returned item, we will fully inspect it to determine if it is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will process your return and refund your purchase price (not including shipping and handling charges, which will be deducted from the refund) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method you used for the purchase. Please allow us at least 15 days to process returns from the receipt of your returned item. Please note that, for credit card payments, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns made in accordance with this Return Policy.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice because shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges and insurance. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance if your item is worth more than $50. You are responsible for any loss or damage to your items during return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
